Facilities
The Organizing Committee will use the International Canoe Federation protocol guidelines for the participation system. All international paddlers are free from entry fee but a nominal fee will be charge for any facilities such as surfski, paddle, life jacket, etc., for organization costs.
Sponsored facilities:
• Transport shuttle between airport, accommodation and venue;
• The use of the venue
• Medical care at the venue
• Security service at the venue
• Lodging and food
• Supply of water at specific venue locations
The Participation Fee will not be charged for international competitors, accept for Local race, a minimal fee will be collected to cover t-shirt and other accessories. The participating fee for Malaysian (local) event does NOT include the transport and hotel . International paddlers will be provided with breakfast and dinner. Lunch will be provided at event venue. The participating fee for national event is already included in the given prices for lunch packages.
Lodging options
The Organizing Committee is providing a reasonable twin sharing hotels for accommodation for international participants. The main focus for accommodation will be the closest to stage venue and all transfer will be provided.

The organizer will facilitate airport transfer and Paddler’s are advise to travel from Country Origin > KUL (Kuala Lumpur) > KUA (Kuantan). All venues international transfers are arrange by the Organizer.
