All competitors either international or Malaysian (Local) level entries must be made online through email entry system form link as follows; Link : www.whackthewave.com

Entries must be submitted through the online by the specified closing date midnight 2nd September 2359hrs (Malaysia observes UTC + 8 Standard Time Zone). 

 

Anyone having issues accessing the system should email and specify any specific issue encountered, in advance of the closing date for entries. admin@whackthewave.com

Basically all accepted international competitors airport transfer, lodging and F&B are organized by the organizer. All single international paddler are provide with twin sharing room. Any request for additional service for travel and accommodation must be done through admin@stagemaker.com.my 2 weeks before the event date. We will try to assist in any way possible. 

The registration system to be used at www.whackthewave.com, so all participants will have to register prior to register as a competitor. If your have any issue concerning registration, please contact us at registration@whackthewave.com

 

After the approval from the organization you will receive an email with details and you are ready to proceed and prepare for your travel.

Paddlers are advice to bring along their surfski, paddle and life jacket. Nevertheless, the organiser will try to assist if they have a problem on the above. 

Preliminary entries are from May 2022 to 26th August 2022. It is advisable for all travelling for the event to arrive earlier for airport transfer to the specific hotel. Any travellers that could not arrive on the specific day must inform the organiser 2 weeks before the above date.
